Recruiting Software Pricing and Costs

A monthly price is only part of a recruiting-software decision. You also need to know which work the plan supports, which inputs use an allowance and what the plan name does not include. A lower price is not useful if the workflow is wrong; a higher price does not automatically mean you need it.

This guide explains Jalvexa's current Recruiter plans and a practical way to compare them with your own work. Prices below are monthly and in USD. The pricing page remains the place to check the current plan catalogue before purchasing.

Start with the work you need to do

List the tasks you expect to carry out: define a job, review resumes, find candidates, compare fit, build a shortlist and keep hiring progress organized. Then distinguish candidates whose information you already have from candidates you need to source.

This matters because a sourcing allowance is not the same as every candidate review. Uploaded resumes use no sourcing units. Talent Network candidates also use no sourcing units. Do not include those inputs in a forecast as though they were paid sourcing activity.

The recruiting workflow guide helps you list the stages without adding features you do not actually need. For each task, note how often it occurs and what would make the software useful to you.

Compare the three current Recruiter tiers

Jalvexa planMonthly price, USDIncluded monthly sourcing units
Recruiter$139100
Recruiter Pro$299400
Recruiter Team$5991,000

The tiers have the same current core hiring features. Their included monthly sourcing allowances differ. The Team name does not mean that shared team seats are included, so do not use it as a seat-based price in a comparison.

The higher allowances may be relevant when you need more sourcing, but they are not promises of a particular number of qualified candidates, interviews or hires. Check the usage information shown in your account when planning activity. There is no sourcing add-on purchase to include as a fallback in this comparison.

Understand the limits of a sourced preview

A sourced profile preview is private and expires after one hour. It is a limited view of available information, not a permanent candidate database or a promise that every detail needed for hiring will be present.

Use the candidate sourcing guide to connect a role's requirements with the information available for review. The allowance helps define the available sourcing activity; it does not remove the need to clarify missing candidate information.

Uploads and Talent Network can be useful when appropriate information is already available through those paths. Their lack of sourcing-unit consumption does not mean that every other account action is unlimited. Compare the actual plan and account controls, rather than extending one allowance statement to all usage.

Build a cost worksheet before choosing a plan

The worksheet below is a fictional planning example. It compares a team's estimated unit requirement with the published allowances; it does not estimate how many profiles or hires a unit will produce.

ItemFictional plan for the monthWhat to confirm
Resumes already suppliedReview those candidates against their jobsThese uploads do not use sourcing units
Talent Network candidatesReview relevant available candidatesThis path does not use sourcing units

Other buying requirementsContact handling and team accessDrafts are not automatically delivered; shared seats are not included by the Team name

In this example, Recruiter Pro's allowance covers the stated estimate while Recruiter's does not. That is an allowance comparison, not a recommendation for every recruiter or a claim that the estimate is correct. If the estimate is uncertain, investigate it before buying a larger plan.

Remove assumptions that make prices misleading

Do not compare a Jalvexa plan with another product using unverified feature or price information. Write a short list of questions for each supplier and use its current answers. If an answer is missing, mark it unknown rather than guessing.

Keep these distinctions clear:

  • Monthly sourcing units are not successful hires.
  • A plan name is not a confirmed seat count.
  • A contact draft is not an automatically sent message.
  • A sourced preview is not a permanent copy of a full record.
  • A list of features is not proof that a workflow suits your work.

You can review the candidate evaluation guide to understand the comparison task before deciding how much sourcing you need. That may reveal that the immediate requirement is better review of existing resumes, rather than a larger sourcing allowance.

Choose around actual work, not a universal best-value claim

Review your task list, input paths and usage estimate together. A plan should make sense for the work you intend to carry out and the allowance you expect to need. Revisit that estimate with actual account usage rather than treating an early forecast as a guaranteed result.
